About Teresa...

I have been in clinical practice for 25+ years. My orientation as a Psychologist is to help you isolate your issues, set goals and offer the tools for living a more satisfying life.

Sometimes it just matters that someone listens to you and accepts you. Sometimes finding the right perspective is all you need to take the first critical steps of change.

Learning the tools for improving your life and your loved one's is a priceless gift.

I am certified in EMDR, which is particularly useful in cases of PTSD (trauma). I provide state of the art equipment for the efficient processing of difficult memories and experiences.

With my many years of experience, I would be glad to assist you and your loved ones with concerns pertaining to ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse/Recovery, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault , Attachment, Foster/Adoption concerns, and Geriatric/Senior Living Adjustments.

On occasion I teach psychology classes at the local colleges and universities. My students and clients tell me that the mixture of laughter and learning is key to making the work just a little easier. Together we work to find perspective, to laugh and learn!
